08/15/2009: This book was very full of information. I have read a few different healthy eating books and at this point this is my favorite. The exercises are very simple and show both gym and home examples. I have recommended it to many people.

04/30/2009: This book gave a lot of detailed information, as well as great recipes and a large workout section. However, it does not provide the right balance of nutrients for pear shaped women, who need lower fat diets to lose weight.
