03/16/2009: My Dr. actually recommended this book to me after hearing both of my parents suffer from macular degeneration. She had heard spinach really helps prevent, and even reverse some of its effects. Of course, I am willing to try anything as easy as eating great food to prevent disease. I could use a few more recipes, so I hope that is in the works!
