08/31/2009: Now that we are expecting our first born, we're even more aware of the impact little things can have on us and certainly on our unborn child. This book is a great starting reference point for making the gradual move over to a totally green lifestyle. Dr. Greene acknowledges in the text that being able to do everything suggested is probably unlikely, so he gives plenty of solid information to work from - allowing you to do exactly as much as you can afford\ are willing to do. Even little changes make a difference longterm.

07/17/2008: This book is amazing! It is written in a very easy to follow format that is broken down into sections so it is easy to find things again, such as Kitchen, Bathroom, et. It gives fact based information as well as hands on ideas that you can do in your home. It makes it very easy to do small steps to change your lifestyle without turning your life upsidedown. I loved the product reviews and the great website lists in the back.
