    08/24/2009: This is a great book for anyone dealing with cancer or interested in safeguarding their health. I found this book to be very informative and helpful as I am on a quest to save my life from this thing called cancer. I have incorporated the reading of this book into my healing plan. I recommend this book to every cancer patient and have given it as a gift to others dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

    02/01/2009: The author gives it to you straight. He gives you hope and helps you to take responsibility for your health/wellness and your recovery. He encourages you to ask your doctors questions and offers some questions to ask. He shows you how to participate in your recovery removing the victim status. It will motivate those not facing cancer now to take steps to avoid cancer in the future by following his suggestions.
