11/21/2009: My son was killed in Iraq nearly four years ago - on December 20th of 2005. Michael was one week from coming home. Our hearts will be forever broken and we struggle to find hope and faith to continue through this life. I have read many books that discuss the loss of a child. None has been as helpful as this - I thank Martha Whitmore Hickman for writing such a pure book that deals with grief.
