12/02/2009: Credit to the folks who translated this and assembled it. I work for a different bookseller who carries this as well, but I understand such inflammatory material can cause riots. Kudos to B&N and to my own supervisors and other booksellers for having the nerve to present a representative mix of the good and bad aspects of our human culture.
Would rather the original author had been killed in prison, but items like this serve as good reminders to people that they don't need to go into video games or fantasy lands to find Evil. Population/Generation of people who read this thing, then elected this guy their leader, should probably have been hit with some atom bombs too. Probably be another 20 years before the last of the war criminals dies of old age. A hundred or thousand years from now, some other idiot will attempt to match this feat and I hope we have the sense to wipe him out when we see him. (In the meantime, we might quit granting clemency to inmates with violent prison records... Whether they raise an army or rape a child and kill some cops before they die, we would do well to realize evil is real.)The Fuhrerby reptar33
