    01/18/2005: This a great book for anyone who does workout. Provides many opinions from 'the Game' himself on how to eat and diet while weight training. Offers realistic goals to focus on while starting to lift weights as far as how many reps and sets you should do on a certain body part. Also includes information on Triple H's rise to the top of WWE, and his relationship with the McMahons. Overall a enjoyable book.
