10/16/2004: Before reading this book I was a disorganized mess, both inside and outside my home. The book is an easy read and is geared toward people with busy lives. My favorite part of the book were the many uses of a dishpan and other inexpensive tools we think has only one purpose. The only tool not recommended in this book was a paper shredder. The best investment I made in organizing my life, in addition to purchasing this book. The biggest form of clutter many of us have is the paper trail. With identity theft as big as it is today, purchasing one is a wise investment. What to do with the paper? Recycle it or use it for packing if you're moving. Purchase one, you won't be sorry.

01/18/2002: This book really helped me. It has lots of tips and good pointers for getting a heck of a lot done pretty painlessly. She gives solid advice for organizing, efficiencies, etc. She views housework and so forth as a means to an end--more time to do the things you want and enjoy--rather than an end in itself.
