03/19/2008: I read 'Gun Hand' as a thrill seeker looking for some entertaining story-telling. This book delivered on that expectation completely. The characters in this book were colorful and exciting to read about. The fight scenes were easy to follow and kept the storyline jumping. I would reccomend this book to anyone who enjoys thrill rides and adrenaline.

03/03/2008: The novel fails because the premise of the story is based upon US borders are secure, and secure to the point terrorists have to hire Americans to harm the country because they cannot get through the borders. The story disintegrate because the reader is being asked to believe in something so far removed from reality, secure borders, until the story become distracting realizing the author does not know his subject matter as well as he should. It could have been a good book but the main flaw was major.
