The book meets the objectives, offering practical approaches to healthcare law.
Audience:The author indicates this is suitable as a course textbook and a reference for practitioners. In addition, it is appropriate for a much broader audience, including risk managers, healthcare administrators, consultants, healthcare scholars, legal nurse consultants, case manager/discharge planners, utilization review managers, quality managers, healthcare project managers, bioethicists, healthcare auditors, and healthcare attorneys.
