08/12/2009: This book was a great gift for my son-in-law on his first Father's Day. It's well written and illustrated but not too mushy for a he-man to read to his son.

07/11/2009: This a simple board book. My grandson enjoys it. It's nice that it centers on affection from the father. Animal illustrations are colorful. The format is quite small. It may even be good for the small hands of a two year old.
