04/07/2006: I know my review on Paul's book is a bit late but as they say better late than never! I praise his teachings through Doctor Jensen. It has tought me that you don't have to starve your self when losing weight you just have to eat what is good for you! I was on an cleasning diet through Mr. Harris and It was exhilrating! I had no hunger and I felt great! His book give meaning to life, just take it one day at a time. My job is very time consuming and his diet regiment as given me strength and hope of a better life.

03/18/2006: The information in this book has literally changed my life! To follow the ideals and steps to a better way of life through Dr. Jensen's teachings of natural healing is so key. Paul Harris has really brought this to the forefront by sharing his memories and cherished experiences of Dr. Jensen's way of life. I am a woman who has reached the halfway point of my life and really needed a change both mentally and physically. I can attest that following his methods has improved my health superlatively. I highly recommend this book to those looking to change their lives.
