09/17/2008: My husband and I are regular people. I am a nurse and he is in advertising. Our main goal is to be healthy together. So he bought this book and I started cooking from it. It has been a week now and all I can say is WOW! The meals are all natural, easy to prepare, and they taste fabulous. If you are like us and getting tired of the same egg, fish, and chicken dishes that you are used to eating, then try this book. Yes, it has many fitness tips that are geared towards men, but the recipes can be enjoyed by anyone, man or woman. This book was certainly worth the buy!
