02/18/2004: I am assuming that english is not the author's first language and that he was let down by his editors. This is not a critique of the author and the information in this book, but of the editors who did not do their job before it was published. I was excited when I first learned that someone was writing about neural networks and had made it easy to understand. However, I found the many, many grammar and editing errors so distracting that I couldn't finish the book.
