J.S. Hawley lives in Queens, New York, with her two children. By day she works for the Department of Homeland Security, and on her nights and weekends she writes and performs at poetry readings. Ms. Hawley is an avid reader and a member Romance Writers of America. Her inspiration has always been her family and the kindness of strangers.
