01/30/2006: My 14-month-old son gets severe diarrhea with antibiotics. I didn't know what kind of cultures would help, nor did I know to request Nystatin with the prescription to prevent yeast infections associated with antibiotics. This book gives EXACT instructions for ailments, everyday health advice, specific supplements, ingredient tips, and GREAT recipes! I'll probably buy this for baby showers in the future. This isn't just a helpful book, it's a necessary one.

05/20/2000: This book was extremely helpful. Now I know exactly what my toddler should be eating and what I should avoid feeding her. It also had excellent meal/snack menu sugestions. I wish these important nutrition values were implemented in every American's upbringing and passed on to their children.
