I have for sale a FAIR CONDITION softbound college textbook of 466 pages titled " INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN CONTEXTS " 4th Edition, written by Judith Martin and Thomas Nakayama and published in 2007 by McGraw-Hill. ( ISBN 0-07-313527-5 ) (13771) This textbook has considerable cover, corner, and edge wear. The cover corners and edges are scuffed and have small splits in a few places. Light moisture damage has resulted in some wrinkling of the front cover and of a good many of pages in the book, particularly noticeable in the early portion. Fanning through the pages, I see a minor amount of pencil marking. If appearance is not a concern this textbook is certainly in usable condition. Chapter titles are: Why study Intercultural Communication, The History of the Study of Intercultural Communication, Culture Communication Context and Power, History

Offers explicit discussion of different research approaches to intercultural communication, focusing on both strengths and limitations, and pays special attention to history, popular culture, and identity as important factors. Includes boxed readings of student voices, plus chapter summaries, questions, activities, and key words.
