09/17/2009: I do not like this book at all. It is obviously written by someone of a programmer background and not an educator. Sentence structure is difficult at best. Instructions are unclear. It is not written with clear steps and examples. It is a very basic book, but I don't know if beginners can follow it.

06/08/2009: I have purchased other Step by Step books and I found this one to be very poor. After encountering a few minor misprints/mis-information I tried to contact the support for assistance. This information was found on page xix. I e-mailed them three times. That was a month or longer and I still haven't heard from them and I still do not have answers to my questions.

I would not recommend that anyone purchase this book. Maybe try Excel for Idiots...
