05/15/2008: There are many , poorly written questions including 'except questions' A lot of answers inconsistant with rationale. Many answers are wrong, per book. It seems to me more careful editing and less obscure questions could have been chosen. One of my favorites, was place a foley in a pt with genital herpes. I really don't have a great deal of confidence in this book.
