07/01/2009: This book was extremely compelling and sets into motion the security changes that would take place in colleges and schools across our nation. Ann Rule is superb in relaying the life and background in one of the countries most notorious serial killers. For Ann Rule to have actually worked beside and being a confidanat to Ted makes the book all the more terrifying. I could not put this book down.
