02/25/2009: This book is a great foundation for runners looking to figure out how to maximize their nutritional intake. While I'm sure you could give much more detailed accounts for any aspect of the book, it does a great job of setting up the landscape and arming you properly to research any number of running nutrition aspects. This book gave me a couple of great pointers for pre-race routines and training aspects.
