    07/18/2009: This book sure changed my life ! I was a bit skeptical at first to be honest, but I was given a wake up call ! THANK YOU Suzanne and all the doctors who helped in writing this book ! This book has been very helpful with a ton of information on hormones, weight issues, thyroid problems, arthritis, pain, and many other health issues. There is also a list of doctors recommened in the back of the book ! ENJOY!

    05/02/2009: Breakthrough is an organized and instructive approach to healthy living. I've studied bits and pieces over the years, from reliable sources but could never put it all together. This book puts all of the pieces in place and confirms what I had already learned. Depending on your budget, you can start with minor changes or dive in, but there is no excuse to do nothing after reading Breakthrough. This is a must have resource for anyone who is truly commited to becoming their own advocate and living a more vibrant life.
