03/23/2005: This is a great book if you are new to caring for horses, from care in stables, out in the pastures, and more. It also describes how to determine what a healthy horse's aspects are and has a chapter listing nearly every horse disorder, desease, and injury, and how to prevent and treat it. It is especially good if you want to know what to do when transporting a horse and how to care for it at horse shows. Basically, it has everything you want to know about horses except for horse breeds.
