    08/07/2005: I loved this book! One about therapy for which since my first of two psychotic episodes that I could relate to. I gave a copy of this book to my psychiatrist, psychologist/minister, and my physician. I was feeling 'stuck' and Dr.Wood opened my eyes to 'feelings' (words which I rarely use while speaking compared to 'thinking' words!) about which I need to work on and speak my mind out loud about. I have stuffed them all inside of me. I was 'stuck' and at a loss as where to go next and NOW? I know! I asked my doctors to use this book with me to seek especially my 'spiritual' leg of myself (comparing healing people to a three legged stool,) so I can affirm who I am and seek a little more peace in my self and in my life! God bless you Dr.Wood! Write some more good stuff like this, PLEASE!!!!
