The bestselling Unholy Alliance-now in paperback! Former Leftist radical David Horowitz blows the lid off the dangerous liaison between U.S. liberals and Islamic radicals. With America's battle against the disastrous force of terrorism at hand, Horowitz takes us behind the curtain of the unholy alliance between liberals and the enemy-a force with malevolent intentions, and one that Americans can no longer ignore.

10/31/2008: I think Horowitz wrote the book it's based on. While acknowledging that it's important to guard civil liberties in a time of war, Horowitz argues that the far Left's anti-Americanism is so deeply ingrained that they are playing right into the hands, either knowingly or unknowingly, of America's enemies. Horowitz believes that America's capitalist, Christian traditions are so at odds with the Far Left's radical, Marxist agenda that their goals dovetail perfectly with the goals of the Islamo-fascists. "Unholy Alliance" is a shocking book which will make you question the limits of dissent in a time of war. (Be sure to check out my recommendation for "The Peloponnesian War" by Donald Kagan. The historical parallels will surprise you.)

07/25/2006: If one wants to see a clear example of how someone can twist facts to their own purposes, this is a clear example. Little if anything in this book is 'real.' A definite read if one wishes to see how things are interpreted if one is severely handicapped by ideology.
