Born in the arms of forbidden love, Melani lives life "on the edge"-finding herself abandoned in a German blizzard, stranded in a Baghdad, Iraq, airport, and escaping disaster aboard the yacht, Obsession . . . "A wall of water . . . barely visible through the port . . . as the boat pitches and rolls. The roar of the wind and the endless grinding of the engines . . . one continuous groan against the pounding of the sea. . . . any attempt to rise brings on waves of nausea . . . The cupboard door suddenly flies open, turning hours of careful stowing into flying missiles that continue to roll around the sole . . . Tears of helplessness stream down my cheeks. 'Dear God,' I pray, 'Will this nightmare ever end?'" Romance threads through seven continents, stitching a love story-an adventure-as Melani meets life's challenges head on. Grab your passport and come aboard.
