March 26, 2008: I am completely impressed with this book. It is full of excellent information, that most of us have read before.The way Kim has presented it is fabulous. I don't need to reference or read 5 books, I just need to have one, which is Your Body, Your Life!!!

January 29, 2008: The fitness goals and exercises laid out in this book are both effective & realistic. I was able to follow the program while on a moving ship in the middle of the ocean, with just some sets of dumbbells and cardio equipment!
