December 05, 2009: What I love most about this book, is there are sections where you can look up particular stretches for your situation. For Example, if you have back injuries there are stretches for that, if you are a boxer, there is a recommended stretching routine for you, if you are a wrestler, martial artist, it's all broken down to give you the most effective stretching, to prevent injury.

August 02, 2007: This book contains nearly 200 exercises along with wonderful photography and illustrations and explanations that present what amounts to anatomy and physiology lessons for each muscle presented. There are tips, workout plans, warm-ups and cool downs, and exercises divided into diffulty levels, low, moderate, and high. Benefits of each exercise and martial arts applications, and how to performs, are given and everything is written clearly. This is a great reference to be returned to over and over again. A must have for the Martial Artist.
