(Paperback)
As she looked out the window on a beautiful day dawning, Allison Parker couldn't believe the day ahead of her. The skies were blue with only a trace of clouds; the sun was shining brightly on a wondrous Indian Summer day. It was the kind of day you'd love to call in sick, like Ferris Bueller did, and do all those things that your normal everyday life didn't allow you. It wasn't a day you wanted to attend a funeral. She still couldn't believe he was gone. So many thoughts were going through her head, like how could she go on without him, and how could God take him so young'All she wanted to do was crawl back into bed and wake up from the horrible nightmare.

January 02, 2010: I was given this 'book' to read while recovering from sinus surgery. It was a wreck and all over the place. Very immature writing. I read something in the Dedication about someone saying the author could 'write'. I disagree. Go back to the hacknied 'college' you attended and take some elementary course writing. This would be a vast improvement. Don't quit your day job!
