      March 22, 2008: As a cooking buff, I love hometown style recipes and thought this would be a good choice. Well, a slew of interesting and fun recipes are definitly there but who knew it would be such an entertaining read! Hahn's description of this small town's business people (characters?!) is great fun. And there is interesting Lake Wales history interspersed throughout. A must buy and a great gift for anyone who appreciates small towns. The only thing I haven't decided is whether it belongs on my kitchen book shelf or the 'fun reading' book shelf in my family room!

      February 28, 2008: Wow...This was beautiful done. I ordered it as a cookbook but was sooo surprised to find the talent for writing Mrs. Hahn displayed in this jewel. Thanks for a crisp picture of your area.
