The Lord allowed me to tumble and fall, and I literally was broken into many pieces, but He breaks us to mold us into a more perfect being. When I was falling, and thought I was alone. His hand was always there, ready to reach out and pick me up again, I walked in the wasteland of depression and chose my color and lived.

February 23, 2008: This is a well written and in depth description of what it is like to deal with depression- It gives one who has not or does not struggle with depression or mood swings, the deep appreciation of the hell it can be for those who do. After reading this I am more grateful and knowledgeable of the common health problem this is today and have a deeper compassion of those and their families who suffer in this respect. I also realize more fully how deeply our words and actions may destroy and seriously cripple our fellow brothers and sisters in this world- Great story and personal emptying of oneself--Interesting and an easy read--
