September 07, 2008: This story was good and suspenseful. But there were a lot of aggravating scenes. The main character, Roxanne aggravated me throughout the entire book. Her mental illness is serious and can be controlled by her refraining from the use of alcohol. Knowing this, I couldn't understand why she made the choices she made. She appeared to be a good sincere mother and wife, but constantly made decisions that put her into no-win situations. The book is very suspenseful because it keeps you guessing on what crazy thing she will do next and how she would recover from the damage she had caused. I couldn't help but wonder whether or not she was fooling everyone, or if she was just downright crazy, especially when her best friend came up missing, beaten and left for dead. Her husband Daniel was another fool. He was nice but stupid. With the things he put up with while dealing with Roxanne, not only was he just as insane as she was, but also codependent of her. The children were the only ones who had the most sense in this story, although I did started to like Roxanne a little, later on in the story. It was when she started to take her therapy more serious and make wiser decisions. It was obvious that she loved and cared for her family but just stupid for allowing her illness to take over, which caused them anguish and heartache. Overall, I enjoyed reading this story and I liked how everything unraveled towards the end. I will consider reading the second part of this sequel. I'm curious as to what happens next.

June 11, 2008: This book was great. The story as well as the characters are exciting and intriguing. Once started reading, you cannot easily put this book down. You will become completely captured by amazement. Roxanne Mitchell is a very loving hardworking mother and wife. But her alter ego, Tiffany Williams is a quick-tempered, violent and obsessive maniac. She stands trial for the attempted murder of Faizah Ismay 'a famous supermodel' of whom she befriended. Roxanne's family and friends are shocked when she's arrested. How could such a beautiful person 'inside and out' be accused of such a heinous crime? But it's not long when people discovered Roxanne has a severe mental illness. And her Tiffany personality has been fixated on her friend, the world famous supermodel for years???leaving behind damaging signs of her infatuation. This suspenseful book will keep you guessing trying to determine whether or not Roxanne/Tiffany actually committed the crime. In the eyes of the authorities, she has a motive for murder. That motive includes not only her obsession with Faizah Ismay, but also Faizah's fianc??, tennis star Vavrinec Moravec of whom she had an affair. Not only does this book provides a moral lesson, but it also offers audiences a rare chance to get inside the mind of someone with a serious mental condition, stimulating questions about personal responsibility and illness, and reinforcing the importance of reaching out for help. This book is excellent-a must read.
