    Synopsis

Willful in heart is in the man who aspires to believe.

A heartwarming story of a young Papa and his growing family, who live deep in the woods in a log cabin at the turn of the 20th century. A blizzard has struck turning a journey into necessity, a campfire with a Jolly Ole Soul, magical berry trees, an extraordinary reindeer flight, a miracle birth in icicle light and the gift of giving. Both enchanting and endearing, this seasonal tale is sure to leave a harmonious tear and lasting memories.

    Biography

LadyGray has crafted enchanting poems, humorous prose and delightfully dark stories for over twenty years. Defined as a Wordsmith, she continues to captivate the reader enticing them to explore further into her imaginary realm. Since 1999, her creative and unique style of writing has earned her various awards as well as critical claim from her peers such as: "Full of passion and powerful statements","Beautiful and spellbinding", and "Truly a Mistress of words".

After reading a personalized handmade copy of her childrens story "White Holly"; her family, friends and co-workers have given rave reviews calling it an "Enchanting and wonderful tale".

Living most of her childhood in small New England towns in the woods of Quechee, Vermont and suburbs of West Lebanon, New Hampshire; those times continue to be fond memories as well as inspirations. In 1975, LadyGray moved with her family to the city life in Northern Virginia andbegan writing poetry around the time she attended Edgar A. Poe Middle School in the late 70's. Through the years her creativity flowed late in the evening, often by oil lamp and moon light; where she would let the perimeters of her mind and imagination come together in words of symmetry.

LadyGray and Illustrater D.A. Melvin are currently developing a hardbound-full color 2nd edition of the just released paperback childrens tale White Holly for whom her daughter - Shawny is the inspiration. Blooming on the horizon for the fall of 2007, is a new childrens tale entitled "Pirate Captain Hoff and his Scallywag Buccaneer Crew"; where the Captain and his crew take you on a fun and exciting voyage venturing out to the mysterious seas in pursuit of sunken treasure. Also a compilation of her Poetry, Prose and Short Tales entitled "Where Darken Wings Prevail" will be an upcoming release in late 2007.
