    November 22, 2009: What a terrific read. Packed with information that is extremely helpful to business owners, young marketers and anyone with a product or service they are trying to sell. Lake has done a thorough job and provides lots of hands-on examples and tips on how to truly understand consumers and how to put that knowledge to good use.
