May 06, 2009: I really enjoyed "Paper Doll" and consider "Paper Doll" to be a one of a kind much like Chyna. Fashion photographer Emillio O captured Chyna's many sides, her beauty and ellegence is showcased in a classy, sexy, yet strong way.
As a fan of Chyna's I have seen the good and the bad. From her wrestling days as the only female to hold a man's championship to her days as an actress and model. This book is more than just a fashion book. It's a look inside of who Chyna really is. There are a lot of misconceptions about Chyna's life and who she is. A lot of people tend to associate Chyna with a rough, out of control image. But this book shows just how beautiful, in-control and sensitive Chyna is both on the inside and out. Even if you're not a Chyna fan you will enjoy this book strictly for the fashion and beauty aspects of it. But fans, the real fans will love this book and love Chyna even more. Looking through it I was not only amazed but proud. I was proud because I thought about all the things Chyna went through in her life from depression and abuse. Honestly I think I would have thrown in the towel long ago if I had to go through all she did. But Chyna prevailed in true 9th Wonder of the World fashion. She put her heart and soul into finding happiness in her life and releasing this amazing book. Through her entire life she overcame the odds, personally and professionally. Paper Doll just goes to show that there are so many sides to Chyna. If beauty and success are the best revenge then Chyna must be laughing hard right now at the critics who said she was ugly and would never amount to anything. Because Chyna is beautiful and has proven to the world she is a talented entertainer and a good person with a good heart. Never before have I seen a book reveal so much about one person through photos. She is truly the perfect blend of beauty, sexuality and strength and brawn.
