January 14, 2005: I was able to read a copy of this directly from Revolution Press, and enjoyed it! Fans of Edgar Allan Poe's poetry or stories by Laurell K. Hamilton would like Christopher Aaron's poetry, I think - several of the poems are quite nicely illustrated, also. I call it 'dark romanticism' because the poetry does have themes like deception and danger - but also the desire for love, for a place to belong, if those shunned could be redeemed. If innocence was lost, then perhaps to get it back again somehow. All in all, a good work!
