October 09, 2006: I can't remember when last I read such a lucid & healing description of companionable living. What makes Garden of Hope so refreshing is the easy ability of the writers Maryanne Raphael,and Lennox Raphael, to take you, the reader, me, into their confidence and never once did I feel as though I was trespassing emotionally. I felt even more strongly afterwards that behind each cloud there is a silver lining. In fact, this outstanding memoir is a must-read for those who love life and never give in to contemporary trials & tribulations. It tell you, too, that the garden of hope is the individual.
