Moving On offers hope that there can still be happiness for those who have lost a beloved spouse and are grieving, wondering what lies ahead for them, living alone without their loved one, and dreading the need to face lonely days ahead. Moving On offers encouragement and hope that there can be companionship and a good relationship with someone else, perhaps even a love relationship. The novel shows the difficulties a new couple faces, the adjustments to a new personality, often times in the later years of life, that require much understanding and patience from both persons. But with faith, hope, and tender understanding, and hard work at times, grieving widows and widowers can find a pleasant future and a happy life in a new and different relationship.

March 18, 2008: Evelyn Horan has done it again. I really enjoyed this book. A wonderful book for senior citizens pondering on the subject of re-marriage. Such an interesting life Betty and Allen have. After both lost their spouse, they end up dating through the help of family friends. They travel together, and live in a beautiful home. Then, unexpected health problems strike not one of them, but both. They are together to support each other. And if that's not enough, they move out of their big beautiful home to make their lives more comfortable. It's just a touching love story, and I recommend this book for all ages I loved the book. It is one of the best books I've ever read. What a delight! J.C. Pinkerton - author, The Templar Knight books
