October 05, 2007: I enjoyed Kentucky the Mountains I Call Home very much. It left me with a warm and peaceful feeling after reading it. Bowling's poetry and stories are entertaining, humorous, and inspiring. She takes the readers on a wonderful trip through the mountains of Kentucky! I would recommend this book highly! It will be a book that I will read time and time again!

June 12, 2007: I enjoyed reading Kentucky the Mountains I Call Home. I found Bowling's book to be an easy book to read, had humor, reality, trials, and good values. Creates a wonderful picture within the mind of the reader, portrays the state of Kentucky as a wonderful place. I would recommend this book to others to read.
