March 24, 2005: I was involved in a car accident and was able to settle my claim for over 3000.00 without using a lawyer. The book has alot of inside information that you just can't get anywhere. The author's real life accident examples and how he collected both claims on his own helped me follow the books path easily. You also get a variety of forms to help with the accident claim. Everything is shown step by step in an easy to read format that anyone (especially me ) can understand. I recommend this book to anyone who has been in an accident and needs a consise book to help them get the money they are owed. I would have paid a hundred dollars for this advice, the book is well worth the money. The money I have saved by not using a lawyer was tremendous. Lawyers will takew over a 3rd of your claim, when you need to do most of the work anyways. Don't wait until you have an accident to order this, there are so many tips that you can use right away. GREAT BOOK !!!

March 11, 2005: This is a great book to settle a claim on your own. You dont even need an attorney in most cases but the book explains when you do and when you don't. It helped me collect a large settlement from my accident. I would highly recommend
