      July 30, 2007: This book is so thoughtful and insightful. I recommended it to a friend who is a clinical social worker (in fact, I bought her a copy). I have highlighted parts of the book which I go back to to re-read on a regular basis. The tools I am learning will stay with me as a lifestyle.
