July 26, 2005: This is a great reference book for planning a New York City vacation. It's extensive and has alot of valuable info. It was cumbersome to carry though. Two tips - America restaurant (page 301) is closed, and the West Way diner on 9th Ave is not mentioned but is fantastic.
