      September 21, 2000: Confused by Six Sigma and other methods of understanding and improving your business processes? Michael's book provides a common-sense step-by-step approach to improve processes with a focus on the foundation for a successful project, 500-1000 ROI and ease of use. While many methodologies are difficult to implement and usually end up in project failure and dampened spirits, The Helix Factor methodology is desingned to be simple, yet very powerful with victories planned all along the way to build confindence by both the team members and the executives footing the bill for the project. Highly recommended reading for anyone involved in process improvement.
