      October 02, 2004: The 'Other Side of Darkness' refers to the 'light' of mental health and wellness, and/or clarity. All the contributors are members and are a tribute and inspiration to the DBSA - Depressive and Bipolar Support Alliance - self-help support network of groups in Metro Detroit. (Metro Detroit is one of many Chapters around the country especially established for persons and their relatives and friends who have either depression or bipolar depressive illness in their medical backgrounds.) Works of this anthology include poems, short accounts, stories, articles and letters to the editor.
