January 23, 2004: I thoroughly enjoyed this book!! As a physical therapist I try and incorporate Pilates in my treatment sessions to strengthen and stretch my patients. This is an easy to follow book that I can recommend to my patients so they can exercise at home in a safe an effective way. A great book for any fitness level!!
