    Synopsis

You’ve been hearing about the SAT since the day you entered high school. Guess what? It’s time. So when you walk into that testing hall, will it be a case of nerves—or attitude? A guerrilla guide written by six students who destroyed the SAT, Up Your Score combines the best math, critical reading, and essay preparation with the strategies and tips you need to psyche out—and not be psyched out by—The Test. As Sassy magazine said, “It’s everything you need to give ’em hell.”

May 16, 2008: While the book may not be the only thing you will need for preparing for the SAT, it's a lot better than the rest! It is way easier to read, in fact it's almost fun! There are some tips in here that I haven't seen in anything else, and while the essay section is relatively short, it's still pretty interesting. The only warning I would give is if you get other SAT books, read this one close to last - I read it, and then tried to read a different book, and had a really hard time with it since all the other books seem really boring after Up Your Score. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

May 01, 2007: This book covers every subject of the SAT 1, and is brilliantly entertaining. If you're a first time SAT-er then I would definetly reccomend it. Cute pictures, catchy phrases and funny jokes make the burdens of the SAT easy to remember!!!
