It sound to me like pocket book of may be 80 pages max. .... but I was totally wrong. The book has around 300 Pages. I started reading and 1st chapter itself has lots of valuable information, which even I was not aware. The book is perfect for someone who wants to implement CS in his organization. A step by step practical guide covering all features. It written very neatly and nicely with right words selected to explain. The book also explores the different ways you can customize your CS. site I am looking forward for Anand's next edition on CS 3.0 codename 'Calypso' One sad thing for me was when I was registering myself on the CS site, it does not have INDIA in Timezone list, given the fact that the author of the book is an Indian.
