August 03, 2009: I've read procrastination books in the past that labeled the practice merely a bad habit you need to shame or bully yourself out of. This book looks deeper into the psychological reasons behind why you avoid tasks- much of the time it's a fear of failure, not laziness. Realizing this has helped me "get going" on tasks and handle the challenges as they come.
