July 11, 2008: I have been in sales the better part of my life and I have over 50 sales and 'people skills' books in my personal library. I do not sell cars, but was entertaining the idea of doing so. (I am currently selling Life Insurance) I bought this book last week and have read it twice already. All I can say is you have got to get this book,it is by far the best book I own on sales. You don't have to sell cars to learn a great deal about sales from this book. And if you do sell cars, then you definetely have to get your hands on a copy of this one.
