Dave saw the benefit of trustworthy caring individuals who invested their lives to help him grow personally and professionally and for more than 20 years he has been reproducing the process with other business and professional leaders inside corporations throughout the USA and other parts of the world. His many years of experience as a business and corporate executive make him uniquely qualified to understand the issues and needs that determine leadership effectiveness in the 21st century. Dave and his wife Anne Reside in Atlanta GA and have two sons Paul and Aaron and a daughter Sarah.
“Over and over we have seen the life-changing impact of personalized mentoring. Our focus however is not merely to help leaders improve over the short term but ultimately help them in building a lasting legacy that will endure long after they have departed from the business scene. As we meet with people in coaching and mentoring relationships we often ask the question "What are you giving your life to?" In other words "When all is said and done what will be your legacy?" We believe there can be no greater legacy than intentionally investing your life in other people helping them to become the most productive fulfilled people they can possibly be.”
